Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a highly organised individual to plays a key role in supporting service delivery, driving contract retention and continuous improvement across the CBRE portfolio. Reporting to the Account Director – CBRE, the role is responsible for ensuring consistent operational standards, supporting account development, and driving innovation across multiple strategic client relationships.

What you will need:

  • Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus.
  • A valid SIA Front-Line License - essential
  • Confidence and ability to establish and maintain good and effective working relationships at all levels.
  • UK Driving License - beneficial
  • Ability to work to deadlines, multitasking and working under pressure.
  • Excellent IT Skills including Microsoft Software Packages (e.g. Excel)
  • Able to achieve vetting to BS7858 Standards

What are you going to do:

  • Assist with the development, implementation, and monitoring of service improvement plans
  • Promote consistent application of operational, contractual, and service standards across the portfolio
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of portfolio P&L performance, supporting the Account Director with financial insight, cost awareness, and commercial input as required.
  • Develop account development and growth plans that enhance our service across the length of the contract period
  • Identify and mitigate operational, compliance, and relationship risks that could impact contract stability or renewal outcomes
  • Support client performance reviews, renewal preparation, and escalation management
  • Contribute to long-term account strategies focused on resilience, innovation, and client confidence
  • Drive the introduction of intelligence-led and technology-enabled innovations available within the business
  • Identify opportunities to enhance service quality, operational resilience, efficiency, and client outcomes
  • Ensure compliance with SIA requirements, contractual obligations, and internal governance standards
  • Support audits, inspections, and compliance reviews across the portfolio as required
  • Monitor incidents, complaints, and escalations, ensuring corrective actions are implemented and sustained
  • Undertake additional duties as required in line with the needs of the business and directed by the CBRE Account Director
