Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a highly skilled individual to play a key role within the Sales & Marketing function, responsible for creating high‑quality written proposals, PQQ responses, tender submissions, and supporting materials that clearly articulate Corps Security’s value proposition.

You will be working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday from 09:00 - 17:00.

What you will need:

  • Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus
  • Proven experience in bid writing, proposal writing or similar content-driven roles
  • Ability to interpret technical and operational information and convert it into clear, compelling narrative
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to successfully manage multiple competing deadlines
  • Collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams
  • Knowlege of security, facilities management or similar industries 
  • IT Literacy including InDesign, Photoshop and MS Software Packages
  • Negotiation skills and commercial awareness
  • Able to achieve vetting to BS7858 Standards

What are you going to do:

  • Receive direction from Senior Bid Manager on day-to-day tasks
  • Write 'compelling' proposals for PQQ's, RFIs and Tenders across security service lines within agreed deadlines
  • Produce and maintain case studies, solution narratives, and other supporting materials for a centralised bid library
  • Ensure all written content is accurate, professional, persuasive, and compliant with client requirements
  • Create, organise, and maintain a knowledge library to ensure tender materials are consistent, accessible, and continuously improved
  • Work closely with the Senior Bid Manager, Sales & Marketing team, operational colleagues, and SMEs to gather accurate input for submissions.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal teams, clients and suppliers to develop strong, informed bid responses.
  • Follow internal protocols to maintain compliance, structure, and consistency across submissions
  • Track and monitor personal performance against agreed targets, ensuring continuous improvement
  • To carry out any other relevant duties as may be required from time to time within purview of the post
